We are a group of professionals in the South of the River market dedicated to improving the lives of seniors. We meet every other month to collaborate, and share news of what is happening in the community. We are an inclusive organization that is welcoming and non-competitive. We encourage members to enhance their knowledge of services available for seniors and caregivers in our market place so we can serve this community more effectively.

ERA publishes The Senior Resource Guide annually. The guide features senior housing and services in Burnsville, Apple Valley, Lakeville, Eagan, Savage, Farmington, Prior Lake and surrounding cities. ERA member organizations are highlighted in the Guide. 

ERA also holds the Aging and Wellness Expo each spring. This has become a highly anticipated and well attended event by our community. This signature event is intended for older adults and caregivers to learn about services available to them, and for professionals to network with each other.
