Sponsorship opportunities are available for current paid ERA Members only and are available on a first-come, first served basis. We will provide names for door prize distribution at the end of the event for those wishing to participate. There is no TABLE / SPACE sharing allowed.

Event Sponsor – 5 available $700
There will be a 6’ table provided at the event on the lower level, and you may have up to four people at your table. There will be an 8’ x 8’ space for your table and an additional marketing banner/display. Your company name and logo will be included on all marketing materials as well as online and social media. Your company name and logo will be prominently displayed on the event program and on a display board at the event. Please have your marketing materials on your table. Please provide company name and logo when registering.
Bag Sponsor – 4 available $500
There will be a 6’ table provided at the event on the lower level and you may have two people at your table. Your company name and logo will be included on the event bags. Your company name will be included on online/social media. Your company name will be on the event program, and your logo will be on the display board at the event. Please have your marketing materials available on your table. Please provide company name and logo when registering.
Food Sponsor – 4 available $400
Your company will sponsor the ice cream and water that will be distributed to attendees once they have filled out their passport by visiting the vendors attending the expo. There will be a 4’ table provided at the event on the upper level and you may have two people at your table. Your company name will be included on online/social media. Your company name will be on the event program. Your company name and logo will be on the display board at the event. Please have your marketing materials available on your table. Please provide company name and logo when registering.
Member Luncheon Sponsor – 4 available $300
Your company will sponsor the luncheon for all the vendors, prior to the expo. You will be able to give up to a two minute “commercial” about your business prior to lunch. There will be a 6’ table provided on the lower level, and you may have two people at your table. Your company name will be included on online/social media. Your company name will be on the event program, and your company name and logo will be on the display board at the event. Please have your marketing materials available on your table. Please provide company name and logo when registering.
Elevator Sponsor – 1 available $200
Your company will sponsor the two elevators that will transport attendees from the lower level up to the upper level so attendees can get their ice cream and water and have a chance to play bingo. You will be able to decorate the elevator, within safety guidelines, and have a concierge representative in each elevator encouraging and escorting attendees up to the upper level. There will be a 6’ table provided in the elevator lobby on the lower level in between the elevators, and you may have two people at your table. Your company name will be included on online/social media. Your company name will be on the event program. Your company name and logo will be on the display board at the event. Please have your marketing materials available on your table. Please provide company name and logo when registering.
Bingo Sponsor – 1 available at no cost
Your company will be the exclusive, inaugural sponsor of the bingo game room on the upper level. The room can hold up to 48 people. You will need to facilitate the bingo games and provide bingo cards, daubers and up to 20 prizes for the bingo winners. Bingo numbers and a microphone/ sound system will be provided. Prizes should consist of $5-$10 items or gift cards or cash. (example: Target, Aldi, Trader Joe’s, a small plant, branded mug with candy) You will have a 6’ft table in the room for marketing materials and can decorate the room if you would like. You will need multiple staff members to make the bingo successful.
The Bingo players must have their passport cards filled out to be eligible to play to ensure attendees are making their way throughout the expo. Bingo games will be held at 2:30p-3:00p, 3:00p-3:30p, 3:30p-4:00p. Each attendee will be limited to three games.
Booth Opportunity Lower Level – 49 available $200
There will be a 6’ table provided and you may have two people at your table. Company name will be on the event program. Please have your marketing materials available at your table.
Booth Opportunity Upper Level – 12 available $150
This year there will be booths on both the lower level and upper level. There will be incentives for attendees to go up to the upper level. There will be a 6’ table provided and you may have two people at your table. Company name will be on the event program. Please have your marketing materials available at your table.

- There is no TABLE / SPACE sharing allowed
- Bring a table covering & electric cords if needed
- You are encouraged to donate a door prize of $25 or more
- No marketing at the event unless you have a booth – you will be asked to leave

Use your ERA Account Name to Sign In. If you have a question about your membership, please email membership@erasouth.org. If you have not paid your 2026 dues, you will not be able to register for the Expo. You may make your selection starting at NOON on January 20, 2026.
