This Privacy Policy applies to the Elder Resource Association website at https://www.erasouth.org (the “Website”). This Privacy Policy also applies to information you voluntarily provide to us. This website was not created to serve, nor does it actively market to residents outside of the State of Minnesota.
When accessing our website, ERA will learn certain information about you during your visit. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share and protect information you provide to us. If you do not agree with the terms of our Privacy Policy, you should immediately stop using or visiting this Website.
This Privacy Policy provides you with details of how we collect and process non-personally identifiable information and personally identifiable information (“PII”). Non-personally identifiable information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as the type of browser you are using, the type of operating system you are using, the domain name of your internet service provider, your Internet Protocol (IP) address, your geographic location, etc. The type of information that constitutes PII is provided in Section 2 below.

Generally, we do not rely on consent as a legal ground for processing your personal data, other than in relation to sending marketing communications to you via email or text message. You have the right to withdraw consent to marketing at any time by clicking unsubscribe at the bottom of any email or by emailing us at info@erasouth.org.
ERA does not sell, rent, lease or otherwise share your name, phone number, physical address or email address with third parties except as otherwise provided in our Privacy Policy. Data is collected via MembershipWorks for the purposes of the ERA website.
We may use third parties in connection with this Website and its operations. We may share information about you with these third parties, or allow these third parties to collect information about you on our behalf, that they may need to perform their functions and in accordance with our agreements with them.
If we become involved in a merger, acquisition, joint venture, bankruptcy, reorganization, dissolution, conversion or some other transaction, we may share or transfer your information to a third party or parties in connection therewith.

We are committed to ensuring that our website contains content that is valuable and useful to our readers.
